What We Look For
We are selective. Every reviewer goes through an evaluation before being matched with client projects.
Experience
Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional software development. You have shipped production systems, debugged complex failures, and understand how code breaks in the real world.
Security Mindset
You think adversarially by default. You read code looking for what can go wrong, not just what works. Experience with security reviews, CTFs, or bug bounty programs is a strong signal.
Communication
You write clearly. Findings are useful only if they are actionable. We expect written reports that a developer can read and implement without a follow-up call.
Domain Knowledge
Specialization in smart contracts, DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or authentication systems is highly valued. Clients often request reviewers with specific domain context.
